The use of a theme is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to use and incorporate the item in your commercial or personal projects. There are three main types of licenses available on Gridgum. These are as follows:

SINGLE THEME APPLICATION LICENSE
  • 1. Your use of the theme is restricted to a single installation.
  • 2. Distribution of source files is NOT permitted
  • 3. You must not incorporate the theme in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
  • 4. You can use the theme in work which you are creating for your client or for your own purposes.
  • 5. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
  • 6. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place (to the extent the GPL applies).
  • 7. The item CANNOT be redistributed or resold.

MULTIPLE THEME APPLICATION LICENSE
  • 1. Your use of the item CAN extend to multiple installations.
  • 2. You CAN use the item in work which you are creating for your client or your own purposes.
