The use of a theme is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to use and incorporate the item in your commercial or personal projects. There are three main types of licenses available on Gridgum. These are as follows:

SINGLE THEME APPLICATION LICENSE
  • 1. Your use of the theme is restricted to a single installation.
  • 2. Distribution of source files is NOT permitted
  • 3. You must not incorporate the theme in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
  • 4. You can use the theme in work which you are creating for your client or for your own purposes.
  • 5. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
  • 6. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place (to the extent the GPL applies).
  • 7. The item CANNOT be redistributed or resold.

MULTIPLE THEME APPLICATION LICENSE
  • 1. Your use of the item CAN extend to multiple installations.
  • 2. You CAN use the item in work which you are creating for your client or your own purposes.
  • 3. You CANNOT incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by your clients or yourself.
  • 4. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you CANNOT extract or use them on a stand-alone basis.
  • 5. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place (to the extent the GPL applies).
  • 6. The item CANNOT be redistributed or resold.

EXTENDED THEME LICENSE
This license MUST be purchased if you intend to sublicense, redistribute, license or resell the final product.

  • 1. Your use of the item CAN extend to multiple installations.
  • 2. You CAN use the item in work which you are creating for your clients or your own purposes.
  • 3. You CAN sublicense, redistribute, license or resell the item only if you modify the item and resell the end product in your regional country BUT NOT VIA INTERNET or if the item is incorporated into a larger work you have created.
  • 4. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
  • 5. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place (to the extent the GPL applies).
