You still did not answer my last question. Also after the update all is not well. Can not admin modules. May need a new backend administrator. What would you suggest? or do you have something that will work with Joomla! 3.6.5? PLEASE ANSWER!!!

George hope all is well. Have a couple questions for you. Joomla! 3.6.5 is available should I update? If so, is there any special I have to do? I want to use the Carousel Module, (I think) The problem is when I click on the image, it will open the story but way down on the bottom of the page. If I did not know to scroll down I would not see it. I would like to open the Article in either a new window or have it appear at the top of the page. some how. But, I do not see an option either in the Carousel Module or the Article in the Carousel group. Please assist. Finally, is there a way you could, or instruct me how to, add an Instagram option in the "Social Media" area? thank you
yes you can update till 3.8 version, first update 3.6.5 then can update 3.7u and so on .. should not be any problem with updating
We have to move the website to a different server. Can we do a back up and restore or a whole new install? If we have to do a new install what do we do when it comes to the database? Do we create a database with the same name we already have on the other server or what?
you should create site backup and base backup too, then copy site into the new server and insert base into the phpMyadmin then open config file and change usernames base name and password
if you need, we can do it for you, transfer site from old server to new one will cost extra $10
a couple more questions for you. When the testimonials display there is a talk box around them. I like it very much. How is that created? Is it a Module Class Suffix? Also what are all the Module Class Suffix that can be used? I want to create a box around one of my modules. How can I do that with this template

Ok, I have reinstalled the site and got everything. Now I can not find how to edit the "Listen Live" and "On Air" at the top.

as I see you have installed it correctly
At no time during the installation did I see any errors. Once the site was up, none of the start up data was there. But, I did not see any errors. I have had to turn on everything that I wanted to see. I have checked the data base and there are three sets of tables. d2s1d_, ov0sj_ and the rr673_. The best that I can tell I am connected to the rr673_ tables prefix
