Hola igual seguí las instrucciones y todo quedó instalado pero cómo las modifico?

Have followed the instructions and managed to upload the .wpress file but the process is not finishing. Have run a few times for about 8hrs and still the same. im using wp version 5.9 with php ver 8.0.15

Thanks George for the reply but I am running it on my local Xampp server. I managed to extract the .wpress file with github's wpress-extractor. Upon activating the them, I found out that the plugins needed are no longer updated and with this, may have potential risks if loaded to a live server. Is it possible to just send me the updated themes along with the plugins needed.
