Hi again. I have been working on this template and it has been going very well. We like the look of the site. However, I recently had some issues with the main index page (index.html). The carousel at the bottom of the page is not scrolling any more and instead of having one row of all of the banners scrolling by, the banners are fixed on the page in TWO rows. I don't think this is a code issue because I compared the coding on my edited page to the original non-edited index.html page. I think I may have done something in the edited folder that I have my docs in because when I open the original index.html in its original folder, the banners scroll across the page, but when I copy and paste the original index.html in my edited folder and open it, it also reacts the same way. All of the banners fixed in two rows on the page with no scrolling. Can you tell me what I did and how to fix it?

I do have another question though... On the GALLERY page, how do I make it so that when you click on a picture, instead of loading another image, it takes me to a website? Because I put a website in for the a href =" ", but it doesn't take me anywhere, and I get a spinning thing happening. Can I change this so I can use the picture as a link to another website?
I have some html experience and I can open one of MY html files with the coffeecup program, but like I said, when I open YOUR files, they are blank. If I can open MY file, then why can I not open YOUR files?

huh, well just will create video screen and point you are HTML files empty or not. Please understand, if you have not experience in HTML it is not a template issue, believe me.
I cannot tell you what I need to change because when I open the documents (all of the html files) I GET A BLANK PAGE. I think that there is something wrong with the files. They are BLANK. I know it is not my program or computer (or me) because I can open other documents and get source code. I get NOTHING when I open your files. I really do not think it is me, although I could be wrong. But I am able to open other documents and get information. Just not your files. Are you able to operate my computer remotely?
I think the issue is that I do not have a mac, I have a pc and I use windows. When I double click on the html file, like you show on the video, I get this code: Mac OS X 2€²ATTR²com.apple.quarantineq/0001;5293314d;Transmit; That's all I get. How do I open the file using a pc?

If you have a little experience in HTML you can open and work with HTML file in any text editor like Notepad for Windows or TextEdit for iMac, please understand it is simple HTML and simple template, let me know what you need to change and edit and I'll create for you video tutorial and you will see that this is very simple

ok. I want my money back. I know enough about html to work on a template. There is something wrong with the files that I am opening. It could be that something went wrong with the download, but ALL of the files start with "._index.html" and not "index.html". This is not my lack of knowledge, this is what I am trying to open. Please refund my money. My sister works with Oracle and has been programming for over 30 years. She cannot open your files either. It is not me. I am no expert, but I have taken several html courses. There is something wrong with the files that I downloaded. I am not saying that your files are bad, however, what I am trying to open, there is something wrong. Please refund my money.

I opened all of the index.html files and all of them are blank. I know that the coffecup program is working because I can open a html file that I already had on my computer (not any of the ones that I was sent with this template that I purchased) and I open the doc. But when I open the index files that were in the folder that I received from you, they are all blank. help...

seems you have not HTML experience, when you open it in HTML editor you can see the source of this file and you should know HTML coding
try to find any course for HTML in google and learn a little HTML, without experience you can not customize it, If you need help please write what you want to add or change and we will try to create for you step-by-step video tutorials and point you how to change or add something in html

Dear customer, first of all, please unzip your template 326.zip package and in the folder 300111753 you find following folders: Fonts, HTML, PSD
all useful files for customization are into HTML folder
by coffeecup HTML editor you can open any .html files like index.html and so on ... which are into HTML folder see screen below:
