I purchased the theme last year and it has been working really well until yesterday where my web host detected malware under the functions.php files. They have removed the theme - can you help or give guidance

yes, you can upload it via your WordPress dashboard, but, before please unzip your template package and upload the theme, not a full package which you downloaded.

On the tutorial you upload the template via the c-panel. I have been trying to upload it from manage themes in Word press. Is this where i'm going wrong?

A very nice template. I have one issue with it. When creating a page or post, I can not indent a paragraph nor create a bullet list. In the editor it looks like its working, but when the page loads, there is no indents nor lists.
try to write in text mode not in preview following < ul > and < li >

just understood, in this template we have not full screen menu add shop and others as drop down sub-menu
